Problem
A mastering studio whose credibility rested entirely on Instagram, making it hard for prospective clients to judge quality and portfolio before reaching out.
What was built
- Marketing site: home, services, workflow, portfolio.
- Digital product pages (templates and presets) linking to the studio's store.
- An embedded AI assistant answering prospective clients' questions from the studio's business knowledge, limited to 'only from approved knowledge'.
What was not built
This section is required: we write what was deliberately not built as clearly as what was built. That is what keeps a project from ballooning.
- No on-site payments — products are sold via Sociabuzz.
- No client portal or file delivery.
